Made this one for July 4th. Delicious! And it fed six adults, with plenty left over for delicious homemade chicken soup!

(The beer wasn't bad, either)

NICE Dave. I think chicken is my favorite to cook on the smoker, yes ribs and brisket is very good among other things too, but I like that smoked chicken and turkey the best. If I have any left I like using it for chicken salad and eat chicken salad sandwiches. What was the beer? you didn't say.

That looks awesome!

Today I am trying pork shoulder burnt ends. Not your traditional way (or meat) for burnt ends so we will see how it goes.

I am really liking the pellet cooking deal. I have a charcoal and wood smoker, a electric smoker, a small charcoal grill and a electric George Forman, I got rid of my gas’s grill.. the pellet is good for most, I like my wood cooker but way more work and not that much different in taste. Yesterday meatloaf, came out good.

Got around to making a fatty yesterday. A little too much ground beef, so I'll cut back on that next time, but it was delicious!
One hour in; two hours in with glazed BBQ sauce; the final product - cheddar cheese and onion in the middle.
