Banging the tin can

Post by Beer-lord »

Guys and gals......we're getting closer to 200 members and this forum has proved invaluable to every one of us in one way or another. Even if you don't need help here, you've swapped beers, recipes and ideas and some of you, (well, mostly me) just spend some time here boring the crap out of everyone else....bragging about meeting Greg Koch....er....well, the point is this.............................
If you really enjoy this site and want it to continue to be the great, helpful, fun site that it is, please think about a small donation. Louie would never ask but I'm not shy :lies: Sure there are small ads now but they can't bring in more than a trickle. So, think about it a bit, and decide if you can donate. Any small amount would be helpful.
And I promise you, I don't get a penny of any donation but I did donate a few days after joining this great forum so I am walking the walk.
:thanks: :urock: :thanks:

I donated too (encouraging, not bragging). I appreciate that this is not a corporate forum, and it is a valuable resource.

Never mind, there it is.

Thanks guys.
I don't want to make this look like I'm pressuring anyone and hope Louie doesn't mind me banging the can for this site. EVERYONE is welcome for free but the idea is, if you feel this site is worth a few $$$$ to you, if and when you can afford a few bucks, please give it some thought and give what you can.

No pressure Paul, I donated within a few days of rejoining. Just the fact that I did not lose any of you because Leigh had this in place, made me not even think twice about donating.
My plan is to make a yearly donation each August (my join date) until I quit brewing or I hate all of you. Yeah, it's a toss up of which will happen first. :p
