I have one can of the Mr. Beer Diablo IPA - based on the recipe posting I am interested in adjusting the receipt. This is my first solo attempt and 2nd time making beer as a new home brewer, I welcome advise/suggestions to make this a better beer. I plan to add some extra hops for aroma and flavor based on my review this is my only adds.
I plan on taking the following as a add in to my recipe.
.25 oz Columbus for 20 minutes
.25 oz Centennial for 7 minutes
Add Diablo
.25 oz Cascade 5 day dry hop

Using S-05 dry yeast from the beer store over the one that came with it.

Hey there DareDove...first off, welcome aboard. Glad you found us here.

Your add ins looks like it will work well. The Columbus and Centennial will add a nice flavor and aroma to it. I remember back when I made this. The first time was without any add ins. It was just a bitter IPA without much flavor and aroma. That's when I decided to doctor it up a bit. After the add ins, it was actually avery tasty recipe. You should be good!!!
