old drinker....new brewer

Hello, got 2 three gallon Brewdemons going now. Witbier and IPA. Have brewed about 6 batches all good so far. Have a more advanced Holiday Ale coming. Get to play around and add fruit and spices. Can't wait. Will let you know.
