The latest toy/attachment came last night. It's for oxygenating wort through the carb stone.

They put out a nice short video that shows it better than I can explain it:

I also forgot post an update on when I used the blow off tube to push Starsan out of a keg to purge it before racking into it. I thought that discussion was in this thread, but I can't recall where it is.

Short story - it worked great - although the last beer was a Berliner Weiss at just over 3% so there wasn't a TON of blowoff. I ended up getting about 1/2 the keg pushed out so I finished it by using CO2 from he tank. On a bigger beer, I have no doubt that it will push it all out.

That thing has so many thingamabobs and whatchamacallits and doohickies. My brewing setup is boring lol.

Yeah, it does. And my bank account has a hole in the bottom of it because of it :lol:

BUT, it's keeping brewing fun to learn how to use new equipment, new processes, etc.

Man, it's a kick to look back and think that I (a lot of us, actually) started with that little brown keg!
