I'm new to brewing, I'm currently brewing hard cider from a Brewdemon kit. I have also brewed pineapple tepache previously, and had brewed hard cider previously not adding yeast but just using the wild yeast available in fruits, particularly pineapple/blueberries/grapes. I would also later want to experiment with brewing beer, especially IPAs.

Very cool! Where do you live, and what kind of ciders have you made? When I was a kid we would let local apple cider carbonate just sitting on the counter with the cap loose.
