Just bottled my first batch from a kit bought for Demonbrew. In about a week I will know if I made beer or plant killer. Both my sons are waiting to laugh at me so wish me luck!

Welcome to the Borg. I would recommend letting it ferment for 2 to 3 weeks instead of the 1 week the directions tell you to. It will be much better beer. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Welcome aboard and good luck! Don't be too disappointed if your first few batches aren't great, cooking anything takes some practice.

Since you've already bottled it I would suggest you let the beer bottle condition for several weeks. This will really help the beer taste better. Time and patience are your friend when you're a brewer.

Glad you found us.
