Anyone here have any experience brewing anything similar to this recipe?

Just wondering about your thoughts on taste.

It will be good if you use dry powdered peanut butter like PB2. Do not use actual peanut butter or ground peanuts instead. That fat will do bad things.

That sounds good as I like the Reese's peanut butter cups, like most everybody else probably. I've been wanting to brew that one, but haven't gotten around to it yet. From what I've read you definitely will want to use the PB2 Powered Peanut Butter in that recipe, like @mashani said.

I've used jar peanut butter twice. Each time with all natural and was careful to let the oil separate. And separate. And separate again. And again. What a mess! The first beer came out with a thin head and tasted salty. So salty. You ever eat the salt and red skin crumbly mess at the bottom of a bag a peanuts? Yeah. Like that. The second, I used a no salt added peanut butter but the oil didn't separate out like the other. Either it got infected or I didn't separate the oil well enough. It tasted rancid.
