Join Jeff Mello, Chief Yeast Wrangler of “Bootleg” as we learn how beer is made, and how you can make beer at home using only yeast from your backyard. This educational session will include a beer tasting with Mantra Artisan Ales, as well as a trek through Warner Park in search of wild beer yeast. Bootleg Biology is a local Nashville yeast company that produces locally sourced yeast and bacteria.

That does sound like fun. I sure had fun when we were at Bootleg. I've since bought a yeast wrangling kit on sale, but haven't yet wrangled any.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
