I'm thinking that a starter or some active wort from another batch might do. I'll let you know.

Still a bit off. I added a cup of active starter wort and a couple of sugar cubes.

My Maibock is still whacked, but I can't do anything about it since it's in bottles. I'm just drinking it as is as it's drinkable. It just tastes more like a saison then a Maibock.

I hope you have some success.

Thanks Mash, I'll report my results. This beer isn't terrible, but it's not right. Even if it fails, I'll try to make more lagers soon.

This is back on tap. The cider flavor is gone, Jane thinks it's good. (She would let me know if something were wrong)
