Sloppy Joes

Post by berryman »

Damm, I think I make the best sloppy Joes ever. The wife got a deal on a lot of fresh hamburg the other day to freeze and I thought I haven't had SJ's in a while so I made it today. Browned the burger with salt. pepper. garlic. soy sauce, and worcester sauce. Put it in my slow cooker/crock pot with 50 50 Honey BBQ sauce and spaghetti sauce and a touch of mustard. cooked all day............................Very tasty.

Sounds great.
I just used 3# ground beef this weekend to make a big chili. Slow cook it in an iron dutch oven, delivered it to a Superbowl party the same way.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.
