I have been on a little bit of a Notty kick, haven't used it in a really hoppy beer in a while. We will see how it does in this IPA/Pale Ale Wheat thing I'm brewing up. I wanted something I knew would get going, finish up, clear nicely and be ready to go in a short time. I'm going to mash a little warmer than I would for an IPA or Pale Ale, since it does ferment so well.

FWIW, I use Notty often in the fall/winter/spring for APA / IPA types of beers, because I like the results.
