36 hours of bubbling and then stopped?

Bubbling is not a sign of a successful fermentation. Is there trub on the bottom of the fermenter? If so, you're all set.

Drinkable beer on hand -  13.58 cases, with 6.11 cases ready in May and early June.

Hello, welcome, Merry Christmas!
I doubt that your ferment is stalled. Either the gas is escaping elsewhere, or it slowed down after tearing through much of the sugar in the wort. What kind of fermenter are you using? Which variety of yeast, how much, what temperature? What is your recipe? All this information will help diagnose the situation. But it likely will be fine.

Welcome to the Borg, glad ya found us. Answering the questions John ask will help us make a more educated guess as to whats going on. Good possibility that most of the surgers have been chewed through and the yeast are just slowly cleaning up after themselves. If you don't have a hydrometer, let it sit for 2-3 weeks then follow the bottling instructions.
