Who says a pellet grill/smoker doesn’t put out enough smoke? I think it does.

On the final hour of the 3-2-1 unwrapped and sauced, we like the sweet and sticky ribs, but also sometimes make them without and good that way too.

Yummy! What pellets do you use?
You can buy a $10 SS smokescreen from Amazon and fill it with pellets and it works great. I use it for when I want to do a quick smoke and cook at higher temps for a faster smoke when I don't have time to wait hours and hours for a really great cook. It imparts a great deal of smoke flavor in just 30-45 minutes. Even quick hamburgers or chops benefit from it.

Mostly a combo of hickory and cherry. I use to use maple and apple on my charcoal and stick burner, because what I had available. I like the cherry flavor.

BL to mean something
Like this? I bought it for my electric smoker but also use it on the pellet if doing something faster.

BD I bet them will be great. I’m doing a small chicken today and a little later will put some wings on.

Here's the smoke tube I use: https://www.amazon.com/LIZZQ-Premium-Pe ... s9dHJ1ZQ==
Works a treat. What you have works just fine too!
I did 2 small chickens today with a side of Brussels sprouts which I've never smoked before. Just olive oil, onions, sprouts and some greek seasoning. Really came out great.
When I do large chickens it's just faster and I think better tasting when I spatchcock them. Didn't do that today since these was small but it comes out great.
