Denny has aged a bit since the last time I saw him. He's a damn good brewer and has his own special way of doing lots of things but I know one thing, his Denny's Wry Smile is an awesome beer.

Almost identical to my process, as it turns out. Thanks for finding and sharing this vid, Roger.

While going AG is a big step, there's really nothing to be scared of. I liked this video because he's so relaxed and comfortable. And he doesn't go into all the technical stuff about ideal conversion temps or numbers and ratios and whatnot. For him, it's less of a scientific process and more a matter of, "I'm making beer; here's how I do it."

I like that.
