Sorry for taking this thread off course, LagerPMP.

I do have both Norm's Fuk-yah APA and Big Brown Butt II (both award winners)... and Janet's Brown now comes as a kit from Morebeer if you want to go that route.

The recipe looks great LagerPMP, but I can't help but look at it and wonder if that is enough late hops. Does it come off with enough flavor and aroma?

Flavor and aroma are pretty good, I had a couple of pints this afternoon while watching football. Just a simple pale with some Citra kick. I am sur it will get better, but pretty old at this point.
