The old yeast I used worked out great mixed with the newer yeast. Haven't tasted it yet as there's no room in the kegerator for that beer but, I do keep my yeast pretty pristine and air tight.
I'm not bragging but.........ok, I am bragging.
Did someone say IPA?

Year old yeast brought back to life. I'll cold crash this and step it up next week.

Just one step up should be needed depending on your OG.
