Hello, BeerBorg community.

My name is Yuriy and I'm from Ukraine, but still would like to join you here - unfortunately, our local resources are not of the best quality (yet, at least).

I'm homebrewing for about a year now, and you could see some of my beers at https://untappd.com/SilverSpoonBrewery, and I would like to master my skills as there is pretty big room for improvement, that's for sure :)

Hello everyone. It has been quite a while since I last visited. Very cool to see quite a few familiar folks still around. I hope all is well with everyone.

Great to hear from you too Beer-lord. Indeed I am still brewing, although not quite at the same pace as before. My inventory got pretty large. :jumpy:

Hi all. Newby here. My name is Chris and I have never brewed anything in my life. Making beer and/or wine was something I had often thought about but never attempted. Last Christmas my brother-in-law bought me a BrewDemon brewer. I must say I was quite pleased! :) While I have, no doubt, been drinking beer for longer than most of you have been alive, that knowledge doesn't transfer well into the actual brewing process. LOL But it does qualify me for "Master" status in tasting and quality so I immediately began my first kit-included batch. I had no idea there was such finesse in the actual brewing process. Had it not been for the included instructions I would not have begun a batch at all. I am amazed at the whole miracle of brewing.

I doubt I will be posting much as I have little to add to the vast universe of information this forum provides. But I do plan to absorb your graciously provided knowledge at a rate equal to, or exceeding, my beer consumption skills. :)

Anyways, nice to meet you all and thank you for providing this forum and sharing your experience.

Welcome to the Borg Beer Hunter. Gald your finally taking your "master" tasting status to the next level and brewing your own now. You'll have a ball doing it. Don't be afraid to post here. Ask questions, most of us started using a Brew Demon or Mr Beer system, so we love answering questions and helping out.
