That's the one. Rumor has it the towboat captain made a wisecrack about Iowa, and the river took offense.

Hope you're all crying in your steins today.......LOL. Buckeyes got whupped, plain and simple. Being a Michigan fan, it warmed my very heart to see the Buckeyes get knocked out of contention for the championship game. In fact, I laughed my ass off quite heartily. It's also a bonus that my wife is a Spartan alum so she's happy, happy, happy.

NOTE: I am not trying to be inflammatory or start a flame war.......it's just the hate runs deep between Michigan and Ohio.......and it is what it is. Amyone who is on either side gets it. You'd do the same if someone knocked Michigan out of contention for anything.......and that is what it is too.

Drink up and savor your trip to the Orange Bowl while MSU goes to Pasadena and Auburn plays FSU for all the marbles. Clemson shouldn't be much of a challenge.......or will they?

It is completely irrelevant since U of M was done after week 6 and had another shit year that ended with a meaningless bowl game.

I've edited this post to delete the rest since the season's over and there is no reason to fan the flames.
