Definitely. I'll be out of the beer loop for the next month or so, as my wife will be recovering from jaw surgery, but I'm game sometime after that...

It won't be a speedy recovery, but hopefully it will go well. She will be wired shut for three weeks, and then will be on non-solid foods after that for maybe five to six weeks more. Full recovery is something like six months. She really wouldn't put herself thru this if it wasn't necessary, but I can't imagine going thru it.

Oh wow! That's awful. Poor thing. I wish her all the best with the hope that she'll recover fast than the doctors think.

Fortunately they say that there's not a lot of pain involved past the first day, but...

A commercial/vid from our friend Ken at Czann's that I thought you all would enjoy. I've only been over there once since the meetup, but he seems to be chugging along. I need to make a point to go over and visit, but there is so... much... beer... stuff... going on in Nashville these days, and with the wife's difficulties (problems with the first surgery led to two more surgeries... and a start-over on the wired shut timeframe... sigh), I haven't made it there, or to TN Brew Works, Black Abbey, Jackalope, or any number of other great Nashville breweries in ages.

Per-lay....

I remember that place. Maybe the first or second place we visited. Nice, small, down home tap room and he was very friendly with the tour.

How's your wife doing these days?
