Big Brew For Natioal Home Brew Day May 3rd

Post by Beerlabelman »

Hello Everybody! Anybody attending/ participating in National Home Brew Day's "Big Brew" ? It's happening all over the USA. I'll be at The Simple Brewer here in Somers NY brewing the Regal Pale Ale recipe with a couple of tweaks. Calling my version "Self-Control Pale Ale". Check out the AHA website to get the suggested recipes & locations in your area. Should be a fun day. Cheers! :flag:

good question, I'll have to ask the local brew club if they got plans for it already

Our LHBS is doing an AG brew as a part of a beginners AG class this Saturday.

I usually stop by for supplies, beer tasting etc.

Hmmmm, getting a couple pounds of hops this weekend from up north so just might have to do me a brew. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Well found out today, nobody has anything planned around here. I'll be brewing anyway, I do every Sat..

Like Gymrat, I'll be bottling Saturday, and brewing Sunday.

Although I'll also be going to the LHBS for supplies on Saturday; maybe they'll have something going on there....
