I am developing a recipe for a Tasmanian Wheat beer. I am trying to decide whether I want to hop burst this or do a First Wort Hop with 1/4 oz of either Nelson Suavin or Galaxy hops. I am also debating whether to do a hop stand with 2 oz of Galaxy or dry hop with them. Or possibly hop stand an ounce and dry hop an ounce.
I have an ounce of Nelson Suavin and 4 oz of Galaxy hops on hand.
