Yeah, I have a hard time explaining this one. The recipe was the same, the process was the same, yeast was the same.....although I pitched more this time around. Whatever the gelatin pulled out sure did make a difference, though. Maybe it was some combination of the mash temp and some other factor that I will never know.
At least I can enjoy the rest of this keg now. Sorry for the bottles you guys were sent but hey, them's the breaks - right?
