Cannot use [image] tag - what gives?
Not sure when this started, but are we no longer allowed to use [image] tags? I get a red message across the top that says "You cannot use certain BBCodes: [img]", and on the sidebar it shows [img] tags turned off:
BBCode is ON
[img] is OFF
[flash] is OFF
[url] is ON
Smilies are ON
Can one of the moderators please fix this?

The only difference I see with my setttings is that flash is ON.
But I do get the message when trying to post an image using an image that is on the web.
Let me see what I can find out from Leigh. I rarely use this function but am sure it worked for me just a few weeks ago.

D'oh! I just realized I tried to use [img] tag vs. [image] - that's why I was getting the error message... Nothing to see here... move along...

Confirmed by Louie that you can't use "img". Need to use "image". If you click on the "image" button in "post a reply", it will insert the correct code. You can also just type it if you're feeling ambitious.
EDIT: Looks like I take too long to type. Glad you figured it out.

The [img] was turned off when the [image] code was activated. Please refer to the bottom of this post. http://beerborg.com/forum/viewtopic.php ... 6&start=15
