haha.. bad kitty single infusion. nice.

what kind of profile do zythos hops have? i'd consider trying this. first wort hopping worked wonderfully for my belgian pale ale. definitely smoothed the bite from the hop bitterness.

I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

I just did MoreBeer's Zythos all-grain kit and have it dry-hopping right now. I'm not sure how it's gonna taste, because I slightly under-pitched the yeast, and the initial hydro taste was fruity. I'll keg it next weekend.

Thanks for catching the mash profile need to change that. I no longer use that profile. Bad Kitty single infusion is a 10 gallon Rubbermaid cooler with a stainless false bottom. I now do Bad Kitty, recirculation mashing. My oldest cat is fascinated by any moving liquid. I would say the profile is nice and citrusy!! I have been using the Zythos blend in my Belgiums & Pilsners too with great results

I've liked every beer I've used Zythos in. I am considering using it in a Belgian strong golden instead of saaz, just to make it fun.
