Dies anybody here made kombucha? I bought a bottle and am trying to make some and have some questions.

I don't but my wife loves it.
Try the Basic Brewing page. James makes some and even has a few podcasts about it. The few times years ago that I emailed him, he replied so you might try that as well.

I haven't made any in a while. Holy Kombucha, and a brand with Trinity in the name, are good sources to grow a SCOBY from.

Last I did make, I forgot about. That SCOBY was a good two inches thick and had tendrils like a jelly fish, and had to be sliced up to be put down the disposal.
