Wiedenbier Bottlefest

Post by ScrewyBrewer »

Let the wedding beer bottling begin! 200+ bottles will be getting beer gunned with Kolschbier, Witbier and a Maris Otter/Mosaic SMaSH starting tomorrow. June 3rd my daughter will be getting married and I will be providing the liquid entertainment. Its going to be a 3 day long destination wedding event, and if things go as I think they will, the beer should last the first day as guests arrive.

The Kolsch and the SMaSH are ready to bottle tomorrow and the Witbier will be ready in another 2 or 3 weeks. I plan to visit some of the NY State Catskill breweries while up there and Woodstock too if time allows. More to come.....

Thank you all. There is a lot of excitement around the wedding as you can imagine. So far so good. An even mix of Kolsch and SMaSH is now tucked away in 108 bottles. The remainder of bottles, another 100 or so, will be filled with Witbier in two weeks. I am really liking my beer gun lately.
