I can’t remember what size freezer you have gotten. Are all the kegs going to sit on the floor or will any be sitting on the compressor hump? The reason I ask is I’ve seen nice looking set ups where they have the taps to one side (the hump side) and space them towards the center. That does two thing...

From the picture it looks like Co2 from the fermenter is pushing past the liquid in the bubbler. That’s a win in my book.

Remember the Wyeast date is the manufacturing date. So it was packaged December 18th. I don’t consider that to be old yeast.

You’ll enjoy BIAB. Super simple and makes great beer. First bit of advice I can give would be to use some kind of brewing software whether online or downloaded to your computer. Once set up to your equipment it plays a huge roll in calculating volume and temperature. I use BeerSmith. The other thing...
