Re: What we are NOT
Good point Hat. I hope the bitterness will pass with time. They don't have bad product, they just made a poor social media decision. I am pretty done with their forum, but if they offer crazy deals like 50% off scratch and dent I will pull the trigger. But then again I am a cheap SOB. I am kinda exc...

Re: I am a little stumped?
I was actually a little leary of ordering brewdemon because the prices confused me.
It makes sense now, so I will have to order something from them once my supplies go down.

Here's what I have: 1 Original MB High Country Canadian Draft 1 Original MB Whispering Wheat Weizenbier 1 C...

Ha! My goof up lives on!
T-58 ?
Does T-58 usually work super fast?
I just pitched it dry into 70F wort, and took it down to my 67F brewroom. It had good krausen in under 12 hours which is 8-12 hours faster for dry pitching than what I've seen.

Re: Punkin Ale
I was extremely tired from a long work week (62 hours), and my only choice was to brew after work (working 10 straight days). And I had to bottle beer first to get the brew goiing. So I was too tired and drunk to remember to take an OG, or taste the wort. For the mulling spices I just used a mixture...

So is this sort of like a summer shandyesque beer?
