my 2nd year nugget plant gave me 5.5 0z dry this year. made one beer so far out of them. the cone size was good at 2.25 inches for the largest and an average of 1.5 inches overall. also found out that I kind of brake out if I do not wash off right after picking hops. I can't imagine how I am going ...

This post has got me thinking of all the stupid stuff I've done in my younger years, you know 20 30 years ago. some days I get a flash of memories of those day long ago and thank the beer gods that I'm better now. hopefully the same will come to the disrespectful kid some day. ya it feels good when that happens. had a few beers that won the taste test myself the only problem is I'm always brewing more and trying to keep up with the pipeline. not that this is a problem.

I have no idea, back in the 70s I did not know the difference between ale and lager. what I can say is that pbr was on the table quite a bite when I started to get tall enough to reach up there.

well this has been a learning experience, It is now alright. all I had to do is release pressure and shake and repeat. thanks all. thought I had a bad vial.
