It's a Hanks Hefe kit. I stored it in my basement. Not much light down where it was. I think it was all vacuum sealed. I haven't even opened the box because I know if I had to toss it it would make me sad. My LHBS isn't in business anymore, but I can drive a little further to get new yeast and hops....
