I can't think of his name either, he came here with the bunch when the Mr Beer fan forum shut down and made some nice custom paddles.

Re: Starsan and PBW

The starsan is 8 oz with 1 0z gone and the PBW is 16 oz with about 3 or 4 TBSP gone. I hate to throw it away if still good, that stuff has gotten expensive, but I won't chance a batch atleast with the starsan if I think it is bad. I got plenty of stuff like uncrushed specialty grains that i will hav...

Re: Grain Father

I'm still rocking my Gen2 Mash & Boil. Best $250 I ever spent for what I've gotten out of it with no fuss. What's the gen2? I remember an epic thread when the mash and boil first started selling for 250. I've got a m&b, but don't know if it's gen2. What's the difference? The m&b is what...

Re: Just dropped in…

Hi guys, I'm still alive but haven't brewed beer since my Keezer crapped out, but have made some wine and BBQ at least a couple times a week. When I start back up and will be soon I'm going make just my favorite recipes that I have super perfected. :clink:

Update on where I'm at and where am going.

I've had a busy summer and not brewed anything since June. I bought a FermZilla tri-conical last year on a Black Friday sale. I opened it up and looked it over and was nice but found out about the only way to do a transfer to keg is under pressure, could have used my auto syphon though and needed at...
