Sounds like your sugar formula was a we bit off but hopefully you have recovered. Honey Cider is something I plan on trying next. I just bottled 2 gallons of Apple / Cherry Hard Cider that is almost ready to pop the top.

Hello
I’m a first time brewer and love to craft of making beer and hard cider. I was able to make my first beer Octoberfest and it is delicious. Just bottled my first batch of hard cider (2gallons) waiting until the end of October to finish fermentation .
