1 packet of classic wine yeast.
It's been a WEEK NOW, I love the BREWDEMON. I do notice I have to give it a shake every Morning to keep the bubbler working.

Well hello everyone. Just purchased my Brew Demon. I think I'll be brewing a Mead, or Cider, haven't decided yet. I have made a few beers in the past with the bucket, Wheat & Porter. I guess I have problems cleaning my 1gal glass jugs I have been trying to ferment in. I've always wanted a conica...
