Re: What are you drinking?

I have been enjoying the beers from Single Cut Beersmiths in beautiful Queens NY. Their beers are really nice. 4 to 5 stars. Right near LaGuardia airport. So if you are ever delayed, take a quick cab ride over & enjoy their brews. Tonight I had a Billy Full Stack IPA & a couple of Apocalypto...

Re: Grr! Kegging is great, but it has its frustrations

My thoughts. Has to be a leak somewhere Dave. My co2 tank lasted almost a year & I use it a lot. I fill mine at Crazy Paint in Mohegan Lake on Route 6. They refill my tank. No trade ins. Could be the keg that's leaking. Also you weigh the tank to see if it's full. Check the weight. :fedora: To c...

Re: Finished* My First Keg

I'm a total keg man now too. Plus, I received a beer gun for Christmas & I must say it works great for growlers to go or bottling. I have 2 kegs pouring now. But man, 7 at once, that's fantastic. Something to shoot for. Cheers Beer Brothers :flag:

No more LBK's for me either. I'm using big mouth Bubbler glass fermentors - Kegging everything & now I have a beer gun too for filling bottles. Love the beer gun. :flag:

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?

I have a Porter that needs to be kegged & bottled this weekend. And I'd like to make another Hoppy Pale Ale before I get into some lagers as the winter approaches. :flag:

Just brewed a porter. Still in the primary. Sampling the latest in my Ancient Alien Series of Brews - "Star People Pale Ale". It's delicious. No label yet. I'm going to do it now. Cheers! :barman:
